Your strategy generates the signal. AlgoWay gives that signal a route to your Tradovate futures account.

Give the alert a destination
Connecting Tradovate in TradingView gives you a place to trade manually. Automating an alert is a separate job: the alert must describe an action, reach an execution service and target the correct account.
T2T explains that job through AlgoWay. You bring the indicator or strategy. You choose the Tradovate connection, environment, contract and quantity. Then you compare what was sent with what the account actually did.

Built around futures
Good automation makes the account, instrument and exit plan explicit.

Connection guideMES is not ES, and a continuous chart is not an expiry. Check the contract, multiplier and whole-number quantity before a signal leaves the chart.
Contract guideDecide whether the strategy or the execution workflow controls exits. Check stop quantity, target allocation and any stop change after a partial fill.
Orders & riskFrom setup to first test
Open Trade Webhooks in AlgoWay. Choose TradingView as the source and your Tradovate connection as the destination.
Put the route URL in TradingView’s Webhook URL field and the JSON in Message. Match the alert event to your script.
Use a permitted Demo account. Compare the alert log, AlgoWay response and Tradovate order history, then test the exit.
Choose the right workflow
An indicator needs an explicit action and size. A strategy may supply placeholders or custom messages. A prop account adds rules that the connector cannot grant or waive.
Each workflow needs a matching setup. The guide explains the choices without treating every alert as an entry or every account as eligible.

>>The Trading Panel connection lets you place broker orders from TradingView. A strategy alert needs its own execution route. Here, AlgoWay receives the webhook instructions and submits supported orders to your configured Tradovate account.
Yes, when your account and chosen connection method permit Demo execution. Select the Demo environment explicitly and check the account shown in Tradovate before sending a test. A successful Demo test does not establish Live permissions.
One futures contract is indivisible. Three partial target allocations need at least three contracts when each target must close one. Check the total allocation and the actual protective orders in the account.

Your next step
Start with a permitted Demo account, a deliberate contract and one verifiable order. AlgoWay handles the execution service; these guides help you configure it.
